Your main journeys between the airport, hotel and clinic are coordinated around the treatment plan. This reduces uncertainty and helps you arrive at each appointment with enough time.
If you want to add a personal stop or change a pickup time, contact your Patient Journey Manager before the journey. We will check that the change does not interfere with clinical care or recovery.
Follow the confirmed pickup time for each appointment.
You do not need to arrange transport for the main scheduled visits yourself.
Request itinerary changes as early as possible.
