Maiv Thoj Viet Lao Platform is an international medical and beauty concierge platform that helps overseas patients connect with trusted dental care in Vietnam. The platform supports communication, scheduling, travel coordination and patient journey assistance, so patients feel guided before, during and after treatment.
No. The platform is not a dental clinic. It is a patient journey and coordination platform. Clinical care is provided by trusted clinical partners, while the platform helps patients with communication, planning, travel support and coordination.
Maiv Thoj is a Community Ambassador and International Advisor for the platform. She helps build trust, connect with the Hmong community and share the patient journey. She is not a dentist and does not perform dental treatment.
A Sử (Txhim) is the Patient Journey Manager and International Patient Coordinator. His role is to support patients with communication, scheduling, translation, coordination and guidance throughout the treatment journey.
Dr. Toan Nguyen is the Founder, Clinical Director and Lead Dentist of An Nhien Dental. He is responsible for clinical planning, treatment quality and professional dental care provided by the clinical partner.
An Nhien Dental is a clinical partner of Maiv Thoj Viet Lao Platform. The clinic provides professional dental treatment, while the platform supports the international patient journey around that care.

Planning Your Journey

Your journey usually begins through Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp or the website. After you contact the team, a coordinator will help understand your needs, collect basic information and guide you toward the next step.
Yes. The team can help you prepare your appointment schedule, travel timing, hotel coordination and basic arrival information before you fly, so you do not have to plan everything alone.
The recommended stay depends on your treatment plan. Some treatments may need only a few days, while implant or larger smile makeover cases may require a longer stay or follow-up visits. The team will guide you based on your clinical plan.
Yes. Many international patients prefer to travel with family members. The platform can consider your family situation when helping coordinate hotel, transportation and travel plans.
You should prepare your passport, travel documents, flight information, hotel details if already booked, medical or dental photos if available and any questions you want to ask the clinical team.
In many cases, the team can help collect your photos, concerns and basic information before your trip. A final clinical plan must be confirmed after an in-person examination by the dental team.

Travel Support

Yes. For patients using the platform service, airport pickup is included as part of Patient Journey Support. The team will coordinate with you before arrival and guide you on where to meet after landing.
Yes. For patients using the platform service, transportation support continues until the end of the journey, including airport drop-off when you return home.
No. The platform helps coordinate necessary transportation for your treatment journey, including airport, hotel, clinic visits and planned journey-related movements.
If your flight changes or is delayed, you should inform the coordinator as soon as possible. The team will update the arrival plan and adjust pickup coordination when possible.
Yes. The team can help coordinate hotel options based on your treatment schedule, location needs and comfort. The goal is to make your stay easier and better connected to your clinic visits.
Yes. The platform is designed for international patients. Depending on your language needs, the team can support communication in English, International Hmong, Vietnamese and other supported languages.
Maiv Thoj may accompany patients by request and schedule when appropriate. Her role is to support trust and connection as a Community Ambassador and International Advisor. She does not provide dental treatment.

Treatment

Dental treatment is provided by the clinical team at the clinical partner. Dr. Toan Nguyen, Founder, Clinical Director and Lead Dentist of An Nhien Dental, is responsible for clinical leadership and treatment quality.
No. Maiv Thoj is not a dentist and does not perform treatment. She supports the platform as a Community Ambassador and International Advisor.
Modern dental techniques and local anesthesia help reduce discomfort. Some soreness may happen after treatment, but the clinical team will explain what to expect and how to care for yourself afterward.
The number of appointments depends on your treatment type and oral condition. The team will help coordinate your clinic schedule so it fits your travel and recovery plan as safely as possible.
Implant treatment time varies by patient. Some cases require multiple visits or healing time between stages. A final plan should be confirmed after examination and clinical evaluation.

Recovery & Aftercare

Light travel may be possible after some treatments, but it depends on your procedure and recovery condition. The clinical team should always guide what is safe before you travel.
Food recommendations depend on your treatment. In many cases, soft foods are easier during early recovery. The clinical team will give specific aftercare instructions based on your procedure.
The journey does not end when you leave Vietnam. The team can continue communication and help coordinate follow-up questions, guidance and next steps when needed.
You should contact the coordinator if you have concerns after treatment. The team can help communicate with the clinical partner and guide you on the appropriate next step.

Payment

Payment options may include cash, bank transfer or international card depending on the clinic and treatment plan. The coordinator can explain available options before treatment.
Payment timing depends on your treatment plan and the clinical partner's policy. You should receive clear guidance before treatment begins so you understand what is required.
A preliminary estimate may be possible based on photos and information, but a final quotation should be confirmed after direct examination and clinical evaluation.

International Patients

Yes. The platform places strong focus on international Hmong patients and aims to make communication, trust and coordination easier for Hmong communities living abroad.
Yes. English is supported as the main source language for international communication. The team can use English to help explain the journey, booking steps and coordination details.
Yes. International patients may contact the team through WhatsApp or other supported communication channels. The goal is to make communication simple before and during the journey.
Yes. The platform is designed for international patients, including Hmong and other patients from Laos, Thailand and other countries who want trusted support when traveling to Vietnam.
